Atley Horn, CRNP

Atley is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certified Injector and owner of FX Med Spa and House of Esthetics. She takes pride in education, ensuring all clients understand their treatment plan from start to finish. Her work can be described as methodical and natural, and allows for clients to look and feel like their best selves.

Carly Momorella, CRNP

Carly is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Injector at FX Med Spa. Carly comes with a 7+ year background working as an RN and CRNP in the ICU at University of Maryland and has extensive experience in concierge medicine, IV nutrition and hydration therapy, and in aesthetics. Carly takes pride in her work and in patient education! Carly’s work is described as natural, beautiful, and timeless. Carly cannot wait to meet you all!
